So this is called The Zeelo Road, and that dude is a new character for myKlarendhor Chronicles collection, he's Gerdom Olah, a Gaian nomad and adventurer. It's called the Zeelo Road because there's a huge population of Zeelos (that horse-like creature in the background) that use that road to get to their feeding ground nearby.
